Club Rock On is a new music social networking site (SNS) that takes the desirable features of the most popular SNSs, such as MySpace, Twitter and Facebook, and packages them into a user-friendly site that puts users, music clubs/venues and bands in direct contact with each other. Our primary feature is the ability to allow the user to tailor an instant, online nationwide search for events and concerts by genre, geographic area, date and time, venue and other search criteria. Clubs and venues signed up as official Club Rock On venues will post and update their event and calendar schedules online for users to search from. With the mobile version of the site, the user can go out on any night, find out what is happening that night in any area across the country and instantly send a message, similar to a "tweet," to alert his/her friends, arrange a meeting location, and book tickets to an event. Friends who are logged onto the site will be able to, with mutual consent, track their other friends, making it easier to instantly network and physically connect up anywhere on a moment's notice.
